PRECISION BOXING PERFORMANCE

Private coaching in Sydney’s Inner West

Individualised private boxing coaching, focused on technical development, Cuban style footwork and strong fundamentals

Whether you’re completely new to boxing or have some experience and want to improve your skills, coaching is tailored to your current level, goals and needs.

Sessions focus on learning and improving the fundamentals of boxing — including stance, punching technique, footwork, movement and the practical application of these skills. Coaching also incorporates elements of Cuban-style movement and footwork, with an emphasis on balance, positioning and efficient movement.

For those more interested in fitness and fun rather than technical development, Boxing Fitness sessions provide a challenging and enjoyable boxing-based workout with no previous boxing experience required. They’re a great option for people looking to get fit, learn a new skill and challenge their coordination, balance and timing in a safe and supportive environment.

Precision Boxing Performance welcomes beginner to intermediate adults of all backgrounds and fitness levels, with coaching delivered in a private, supportive environment where you can learn and develop at your own pace.

Located in Croydon Park in Sydney’s Inner West, Precision Boxing Performance is approximately 25 minutes from Sydney CBD and under 10 minutes from Burwood, Strathfield and Croydon stations, making it easily accessible from across the Inner West.

About the Coach

Meet Nish

I have over 10 years of consistent boxing training experience and around six years of coaching experience, including coaching competitive amateur boxers. I’ve developed my boxing knowledge under highly experienced coaches, such as coach Eddy Kaliboti and former world champion Gairy St. Clair, and continue to train and develop as both a boxer and coach.

My coaching specialises in beginners and developing boxers, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, footwork and clear technical instruction.

Flexible Training for Shift Workers

Changing roster? No problem. As a shift worker myself, I understand that the same weekly appointment doesn’t work for everyone. Session availability can include mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends depending on my roster.

Appointments are released regularly, so you can choose from the available times that work best around your shifts, FIFO roster or changing schedule.

I understand that rosters can change unexpectedly. Where possible, I offer flexible rescheduling for shift workers, FIFO workers and other clients with changing schedules. Very occasionally, unforeseen work commitments may also require me to reschedule a session. If that happens, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange another suitable time at no additional cost.

A focus on basics and fundamentals

Good boxing starts with strong fundamentals. My coaching places a strong emphasis on breaking down stance, punching technique, footwork and movement into understandable components — helping you understand not only what to do, but how to apply it.
